Amanda is an experienced business woman and CEO of SVC Group. Amanda has a strong passion for people, championing personal and professional transformation. Some of the highlights of Amanda’s career are achieving Essex Countywide Business Woman of the Year in 2010 and becoming a qualified Ilm Trainer and Executive Business Coach.
Since SVC Group opened it’s doors in 1999, Amanda has continued to build on her reputation as a positive influencer within her industry. Amanda now uses her passion, determination and knowledge to inspire and motivate others to achieve their goals and targets, both personally and within business.
Mel is a Business Professional and Managing Director at SVC Group. Mel is a highly energetic, enthusiastic individual who has a real passion to transform people and businesses across East Anglia. Mel is a great listener, and can always provide a solution, with a sound commercial mind.
Mel joined SVC 14 years ago as a temp in the Recruitment Division and quickly progressed her career to director level. Mel is a highly energetic, enthusiastic person who is a values focussed individual both within the business and with the relationships she has with clients.
Paul is a highly qualified and experienced Health and Safety Practitioner and Managing Director at SVC Group. Paul joined SVC in 2006 as a Health and Safety Advisor and has since become a Chartered member of the Institute of Occupation Safety and Health (IOSH). He has qualifications through NEBOSH and specialises in Warehousing, Agriculture and Leisure Facilities.
Paul has over 10 years’ experience within the Health and Safety industry and works within a number of different industry sectors offering the highest level of support and guidance.
Roz has wide experience of working with every type of organisation, and understands the importance of giving companies clear and understandable options for them to make the best decision for that company at that particular time. Upon joining SVC in 2002, Roz has been key to growing the HR Team and is actively involved in working with clients to advise on HR issues and strategic business planning to help companies develop their business.
Roz has wide experience of dealing with performance management, as well as advising and leading in disciplinary meetings. Roz is actively involved in our ILM Centre, being the Quality Assurance Manager, and works closely with the trainers and team.
Louise has 14 years experience within recruitment, supplying permanent, contract and temporary staff to a wide-range of clients. Louise started at SVC in 2004 as a Recruitment Consultant and is now very proud to have been promoted to Recruitment Director. Louise understands the importance of a company’s needs when recruiting staff and delivers quality candidates quickly, saving her clients time and money.
Louise has a wealth of experience across multiple industries and works with her clients to ensure that we find the ‘right fit’. Louise has fantastic relationship building skills and is responsible for the overall management of the Recruitment Team at SVC Group.
Sue has a wealth of commercial experience, having worked in marketing, advertising and business development for the past 20 years. Sue has a degree in French and Business Studies and spent over 10 years working for marketing agencies in London. Sue spent almost 8 years working as a Business Development Manager and joined SVC Group in 2015, heading up SVC Executive.
Sue is a passionate and driven manager, willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional service to her clients and dedicated to delivering more than is promised. She specialises in working with clients to develop executive and management training programmes, executive coaching, and recruitment solutions.
Julia is a Senior Business Executive and Head of Specialist, Engineering and Technical Recruitment at SVC. Julia has with over 20 years’ experience specialising in this field. Julia has established strong bonds with Engineering, Manufacturing and Technical companies throughout the region and is considered the ‘go to person’ to find candidates for those specialist and hard to fill roles.
With strong stability in the current market place, Julia can seek out the candidates who best fit your criteria and make them aware of your opportunity.
Chanelle is an experienced business professional and the Training Manager for SVC Group. She has several years experience within Training and Recruitment, providing clients with permanent and temporary solutions in various industry sectors.
With a strong passion for professional and personal transformation, she is able to identify areas within a Business that could be improved and implement tailored programmes to safeguard any companies future success. Chanelle partners with a wide-range of clients for training solutions specialising in soft skills, Management Qualifications, Health and Safety, HR.
Jett is the newest, and most important member of the team at SVC Group. His role is simple – make everyone smile. Jett’s hobbies include, running around the office, snoozing and giving the team at SVC HQ the opportunity to take a short walk with ‘man’s best friend‘ throughout the working day.
