An Easy 4 Step Process

Using SVC temporary workers is both a hassle free and cost effective way of managing your daily operations. For you the client the process couldn’t be easier because we do all the work for you.

Step 1

You contact SVC and explain your exact requirements to us. We will inform you if we believe we have a suitable candidate and how much it will cost you per hour for their services.

Step 2

We contact all possible candidates and select the one that is most suitable for your requirements. We verify their skill base and availability and then take two references to ensure they will be the best person for the job. The temporary worker will be fully briefed ready to start work with you on the date and time of your choice.

Step 3

The temporary worker arrives at your site for their induction and job briefing on day one. You will need to ensure there is someone to greet them and show them the ropes initially, and then supervise their work throughout their time with you.

Step 4

At the end of each week (or end of the assignment, whichever is sooner) the temporary worker will ask you to complete a timesheet for them to verify you are happy with their work and confirm the hours they have worked. We will pay the temporary worker each week on your behalf. We then send you an invoice based on the information supplied on the timesheet at the agreed hourly rate. The invoice is then payable within 7 working days.
