We work in partnership with our clients and candidates - building long-lasting relationships. SVC was launched in 1999 by Amanda Simpson who had 19 years experience in the recruitment industry. SVC started as recruitment consultancy and due to demand quickly developed into training, Human Resources and then Health & Safety and now has branches in Colchester, Chelmsford and Ipswich. Providing exceptional customer service is key to our organisation and our company mission of putting people first is the core of our activity for both our clients and candidates alike.

SVC SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY

SVC actively support local charities, one of which is The Princes Trust based at the Ipswich Town Football Club supporting young adults from challenged backgrounds providing them with the skills and motivation to find a job and get into work. SVC provide 3 days training - to help build their confidence and self-esteem and guide them through the interview and recruitment process.
